Payments

Payments can be made via our website, bank transfer or PayPal if you are paying in full for one of our courses. If you are paying monthly for one of our courses, then the payment will be taken through PayPal subscriptions. The first payment will be taken straight away and then every 30 days (1 month) from your purchase date continuously. You must pay the full 12 months before you can cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel the subscription after 12 months then that will be down to you to cancel and if you don’t cancel it, payment will still be taken up until you cancel it. Full payment can be made at any time if you wish to clear the balance earlier. If you miss a payment we will give you 7 days to make the payment, if the payment is not made within that period we will revoke your access to the online course, remove you from the telegram group and stop any further mentorship. A 10% deposit or full payment will need to be taken to secure your place on one of our In-person courses. If you fail to to make 2 consecutive payments or if you do not complete the 12 monthly payments, we will pass our losses to a third party debt recovery company who will chase you for the remaining balance plus their fees.

 

Refunds

You are entitled to our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee where, we will give you a full refund If you are not satisfied with any of our courses from the date of your purchase. However, in order to get the full refund, we will need the PFX Trading Box and all its contents to be returned in the same condition it was sent. You will lose all the course benefits and have your access to the online course revoked. 

The 30-Day money back guarantee is void if you have used a referral code or any discounted price to purchase one of our courses. You will only get 14 days from the date of your purchase to get a full refund if you used a referral code to purchase one of our courses. You will still need to return the PFX Trading Box and all its contents in the same condition it was sent. You will lose all the course benefits and have your access to the online course revoked.

 

High risk warning 

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to trade foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts. Education or information provided by Project Forex Ltd or its associates is neither a solicitation nor an offer to Buy/Sell CFD’s, Spot, Futures, Spread betting, Options or any other leveraged financial products. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed in any of our material. The past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results.

 

Refer a friend 

Simply get your friends, family or associates to sign up to one of our courses and we will pay you £150 per person that signs up! All you need to do is provide them with your referral code and make sure they quote/put it in when signing up to one of our courses. Once we have received their full payment or 3 monthly payments and the code they used, we will contact you to get your bank details and will make the payment as soon as we have received your details.

PFX Trading Box 

The Project Forex Trading Box will be shipped on the day of your purchase, if it is before 17:00pm GMT Monday to Friday. However, if you purchase the course on the weekend or after 17:00pm GMT Monday to Friday, it will be shipped the next working day. We aim for all PFX Trading Boxes to arrive within the next 3-5 working days from the date of shipment. There might be delays in you receiving your PFX Trading Box during the festive periods and bank holidays.

 

Telegram group 

You will be given access to our telegram group as part of our course package, where you will receive news break downs, in-depth market updates, PFX updates & development, first refusal on PFX events, FX Content & motivation, exclusive education & videos, trade set ups. You will need to download the Telegram app from your app store and sign up once downloaded. You will not receive all this content at one given time, it will be sent through on random days throughout the year. All content and information provided in the group chat should not be passed on. If we find that content or information has been passed on then we will revoke your access to the telegram group, online course and further mentoring. Please email us your name, date of purchase, phone number and email address to gets access to our the telegram group.  

 

Course access

Your course access will start as soon as we received your first or full payment. In order for you to gain access to the online course you will to go to www.projectforex.online and once you are on the page, click the sign up button and sign up with the same email you used to purchase the course. If you wish to use a different email or are experiencing any problems, then please email enquiries@projectforex.co.uk or give us a call on 0121 293 9937 where a member of the team will be more than happy to help you. If we have any reason to believe you are sharing any of our course content, information or your online course login we will terminate your access. We are able to do this without seeing any hard evidence. For purchases via our website, by clicking on the “Buy Now or Checkout” button or signing the T&C’s on one of our in-person courses, you agree to the terms of this agreement which will bind you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must cease to continue to purchase any services from us and request for your access to be revoked.

All written content in our booklet, website(s) and on the online course has been individually written by Project Forex Ltd. Under no circumstance should our content be copied or duplicated. If we have any reason to believe our material has been copied, duplicated or mirrored in any sense we will take legal action. Copywriting is a prosecutable offense. We also will revoke your access to the course benefits, online course and further mentoring.
